Annual Meeting Registration
ABOUT THIS EVENT
The 2025 Annual Meeting of the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery will take place Friday, January 17 - Tuesday, January 21 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.
REGISTRATION
NOTICE: An on-site registration fee will be applied to those who register on-site online and at the registration desk.
Early bird registration ends on November 18th 2024 (discounted $125)
Regular pricing available November 19th 2024 – January 14th
On-site registration pricing as of January 15th 2025 (regular pricing plus $125)
Register for 2 Meetings Receive a 10% discount.
Register for 3 Meetings Receive a 20% Discount.
Meeting registration includes the following:
- Admission to all instructional courses, general sessions and panels
- Access to select speaker presentations and abstracts post meeting
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks served (see agenda)
- One (1) complimentary ticket to each networking event* (depending on registration type)

Cancellation Policy
Prior to and including November 18, 2024
Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to asrmoffice@gmail.com
If cancelled online, a refund, less a $75 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after November 18, 2024. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
